Data controller
This website is operated by Yulee Digital Agency. Please use our contact details for questions and requests concerning your personal data.
Data types and collection method
Name, company, email, telephone and project information are collected electronically through website forms using automated methods. IP, session and request records are processed for technical security.
Purposes and legal grounds
Information needed to receive enquiries, discuss proposals and establish a service relationship is assessed under the condition of being directly related to entering into or performing a contract. Security and abuse-prevention records are processed on legitimate-interest grounds without harming fundamental rights. Where needed, legal obligations and establishing, exercising or protecting a right apply. Preferences govern optional analytics.
Data sharing
Authorized agency administrators review enquiries. Hosting and email infrastructure providers may technically process data to deliver the service. If Google Analytics or Cloudflare services are enabled, the business separately assesses their processing and potential international-transfer conditions.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Türkiye’s personal data law, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing, purposes and transfers, and request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and deletion or destruction where conditions are met. You may request notification of corrections and deletions to recipients, object to an adverse result of automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
Submitting a request
Send your request to the data controller, stating your identity and what you are requesting. Contact info@yulee.com.tr for information. Requests are assessed within applicable procedures and time limits.
Package quote requests also record the chosen package, add-ons, languages and estimated prices at submission. These records store a keyed hash of the IP address for security instead of the address itself.
