How long does a website take?+
Timing depends on page count, content preparation, design approvals and integrations. After discovery, we prepare a schedule with milestones and approval dates.

Can you redesign my current website?+
Yes. We review the content, data and URL structure, plan migration and redirects, and develop the new website in a test environment.

Who owns the domain and advertising accounts?+
Your business retains ownership of its domain and platform accounts. Team access is granted with your authorization and handed over at project completion.

Evet. Bakım, güvenlik, yedekleme, içerik güncelleme, geliştirme ve performans desteği için aylık veya ihtiyaç bazlı modeller sunuyoruz.
Do you integrate payment and shipping for e-commerce?+
We plan payment, shipping and, where needed, invoicing integrations suited to your platform. Provider subscriptions and service costs are clarified separately.
Teklif almak için bütçe belirtmem gerekiyor mu?+
Hayır. Önce neye ihtiyaç olduğunu anlamayı tercih ediyoruz. Kapsam netleştiğinde doğru iş kalemleri üzerinden teklif hazırlıyoruz.
Do you produce photos and videos for social media?+
Yes. Photos, short videos and Reels can be produced around the content plan. Location, quantities, editing and delivery formats are agreed at the start.
Is ad spend included in the service fee?+
Platform ad spend and the agency’s management fee are separate items. The proposal clearly states the scope and working model.
Do you guarantee SEO or advertising results?+
We do not guarantee rankings or sales. Regular reports share goals, measurement points, completed work and findings.
Can I get support after launch?+
We can arrange monthly or on-demand support for maintenance, content updates and development. The scope and response process are agreed in writing.
Do you only work with brands in Manisa?+
We are based in Turgutlu, Manisa and work remotely with brands across Türkiye. On-site shoots and meetings are planned separately when needed.
Do I have to state a budget in the quote form?+
No. We first want to understand your needs, goals and current situation. Once the scope is clear, we prepare a quote based on the work involved.
How do payments work?+
Payment method and stages are stated in the written proposal alongside the project scope. Choosing a package here does not initiate a payment.
Do you require an advance payment?+
Any advance payment and its amount depend on the project scope and are shared at proposal stage. The payment schedule is agreed before work starts.
How many days does a website take?+
Timing depends on page count, content, approvals and integrations. After the first conversation, we share a schedule with delivery stages.
Are domain and hosting included?+
Domain, hosting and third-party licences are excluded from starting prices unless explicitly included. We check your current infrastructure at the start.
Will I own the website and accounts?+
Your business retains ownership of its domain and platform accounts. Source files, access and usage rights to be handed over are specified in the written scope.
Can I upgrade my package later?+
We review new pages, modules or integrations against your existing infrastructure. Additional work is scoped and priced in a separate proposal.
Is a maintenance service mandatory?+
Maintenance is a separate service. Update, backup and support responsibilities are agreed at handover. An optional monthly support plan can be tailored to your needs.
Do you take a commission on e-commerce sales?+
The setup and management fees listed here do not include a sales commission. Payment providers, marketplaces and platform providers charge under their own terms.
What does a revision round cover?+
A revision round adjusts the submitted design within the agreed scope. New pages, different functions or designs outside that scope are assessed separately.
How are invoicing and tax details provided?+
Invoicing and tax details are stated in the final proposal and service terms. Confirm what the website estimate covers against the written proposal.
Is ad spend included in the package price?+
Media spend paid to Google, Meta or similar platforms is separate from agency management fees. The budget is agreed around your goals and working plan.
Are photo and video shoots included in social media packages?+
Shooting and production are priced separately. Content quantities, location, editing and delivery formats are defined within the project scope.
